Our Story

Éternel began with a simple love of beautiful bags: the kind that are made to last a lifetime, and deserve a second one.

We are a small, independent team in London. Every bag is chosen by hand. We look for the classics people come back to, from Louis Vuitton's Speedy, Neverfull and Keepall to Chanel's quilted flap bags, in a condition we would be happy to carry ourselves.

Since we started, more than 1,500 bags have found new homes with customers across the UK and beyond.

Checked before it's listed

Every piece is authenticated before it goes on sale, using Entrupy, Authentic Detective and Legit Grails alongside our own multi-point inspection. For a small fee, any bag can also come with an Authentication Certificate. If an item were ever proven not to be authentic, you would receive a full refund.

Described honestly

Each bag is photographed in detail and graded Immaculate, Very Good, Good or Fair, with any signs of wear written down plainly. What you see is exactly what you receive: every piece is one of one.

Looked after to your door

Complimentary insured next-business-day delivery across the UK, insured DHL delivery to the EU, and 14 days to return anything that isn't right for you.
